Through our newsletter, we provide Insider stories of our sentimental journey, discount opportunities, competitions, announcements and any other updates in relation to the Abinci brand. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. User Data & Registration
Newsletter: By providing your full name, email and location (optional, but best for knowing what's exactly going to happen near your area) you consent to receive marketing materials, insider stories and updates in relation to Abinci. You can opt-out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link of your confirmation email as well as any subsequent emails we will send you. By unsubscribing, you are NO LONGER entitled to any discounts previously given to you as one of our 26 founding members via our newsletter as signing up to our newsletter allows access to this privilege.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to be able participate as a Founding Member, independently. If you are under 16, parental / guardian consent is required.
4. Privacy & Data Collection
Your privacy is a priority. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data, including your location data which is used for informing our direction. Please see section 3 of our privacy policy for more details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials provided through this venture are the property of Abinci LTD. You may NOT copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our content without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abinci LTD shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to access them (including technical errors or broken links).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our newsletter or services if we believe you have violated these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
